Greg Lambert

Chief Operating Officer

Greg Lambert oversees all branch operations and information systems management.   He is integral to the selection, training and development of all internal staff to ensure that TERRA’s standards of excellence are maintained.  Greg created and oversees TERRA’s Leadership Development Program through which employees are mentored in leadership fundamentals to assist with individual career growth and to develop future leaders for the TERRA organization.

Greg has spent the last 18 years at TERRA developing and supporting state-of-the-art corporate information technology and spreading enlightenment to his technology-challenged colleagues.  He is a veteran of the information technology world having honed his skills over the years with increasingly challenging IT projects beginning with programming a personal version of Pac-Man at age 10 on his Commodore computer.

Outside the office Greg has had a distinguished career coaching youth soccer in the Greater Puget Sound area.  Many young athletes credit Greg for the success they’ve experienced in life on and off the soccer field.  Among his many coaching accomplishments was leading the Washington state girls Olympic Development Team to a national championship in 2004.  Greg’s talent for coaching and challenging people to develop their full potential has enabled TERRA to field a team of solid, committed staffing professionals.

For fun, Greg enjoys being tortured on the golf course and learning new things.  Interests over the years have included thai cooking, photography, and magic.  He once took magic lessons from someone calling himself Professor Gizmo.  Greg, a native of the Everett area, enjoys life with wife Jenifer and their Chihuahua, Frijole.
