With over 18 years at TERRA Jenifer has experienced virtually every aspect of the business.  Her focus today and heartfelt passion is in the areas of executive recruiting and training of world class recruiters across the country.  She has developed a unique system for identifying and accessing superior talent for her clients that is unparalleled in the marketplace.  Currently she is leading Talentum Search Partners, TERRA’s executive search division.

Entering the family staffing business while still a student, she willingly took on a variety of roles to learn the business and help it grow – from reception, to processing payroll, to interviewing and staffing.  She worked a summer-long temporary assignment in the warehouse of a TERRA client and even served as a product demonstrator (most memorably in costumes as “Miss Beatrice Peanut” and “Miss Chiquita Banana”).  Since those earlier glory days, Jenifer’s vision, creativity and proven leadership have greatly contributed to TERRA’s growth and success.

Jenifer has been nominated to the Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the nation’s top producing recruiters and is a noted trainer and public speaker.  She has served as Legislative Chair for Washington State Council for SHRM and currently serves on the executive committee for Association of Washington Business.  She is an avid runner and shares her home and her life with husband Greg and a Chihuahua puppy named Frijole.
