Everett Staffing & Industrial

Katrina has served as Manager of TERRA’s Staffing and Industrial divisions since 2005.  She and her team of staffing professionals take pride in partnering with their growing list of clients and delivering staffing solutions that are second to none in the Snohomish County market.

She joined the Everett staffing team in 1999 after working in advertising, non-profit fundraising and hospitality.  She actually began her career with TERRA as a temporary field employee, moving to front office coordinator and then into a recruiting role.  Her talent and abilities in recruiting and staffing soon led to a to a staffing supervisor position.  Following four consecutive years as a top-billing recruiter, Katrina was promoted to Everett Division manager.  In 2006 she was instrumental in the development and launch of a very successful Everett Industrial Division.

Katrina currently serves on the board of the Snohomish County Human Resources Association and heads up the annual clothing drive in support of YWCA’s “Working Wardrobe” program.

A native of Everett, WA, Katrina’s family includes husband Greg, son Mason and cat named Frank Johnson.
