Steve is focused on ensuring TERRA continues to be an employer of choice and delivers the highest level of recruiting and staffing services available in our market place.  Under Steve’s capable and principled leadership TERRA has grown from a small one-office operation to an award-winning multi-branch regional leader in the staffing industry. 

Steve is the author of two books and training programs on organizational development and was named an Industry Visionary by his national peers for his breakthrough work and training in organizational development.  He is a past president of Snohomish County Human Resource Association and former board member of the Everett Area Chamber of Commerce and the Everett Community College Foundation.  He is well-known in the local community for leadership on issues affecting the health and vitality of the state and local business community.  Steve is a founding member of the Private Enterprise Coalition of Snohomish County and a Trustee with the Evergreen Freedom Foundation, a nationally prominent free-market policy think tank, based in Olympia, WA.

Steve, an Everett native, enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren and raising rainbow trout for the kids to catch and release.  He enjoys golf, running, hiking and snowshoeing in Washington’s beautiful backcountry.
