South Area Manager

Tony Massey has nearly 20 years experience in the staffing industry working with both large national staffing firms and as owner/founder of a successful local independent firm.  Tony is currently Area Manager for TERRA’s south region overseeing three industrial staffing offices that provide the finest on-demand industrial staffing in their region. 

In 1999 Tony founded Allstaff, based in Renton, Washington, in a market that was considered to be saturated.  But Allstaff’s unique service offerings and Tony’s distinctive style of delighting his clients lead to rapid and sustained growth even during the struggling local economy of the early 2000s.

Tony hails from Dover, Delaware, but has made the northwest his home since 1986 when he returned from living in Japan where his dad was stationed in the Air Force.  Tony says that growing up and traveling abroad with his military family was great education in understanding and appreciating different people and cultures.

Tony can be found out on the links just about every Saturday.  His passion for golf is surpassed only by his devotion to his wife Tammy and son Anthony.   Sharing the Massey family home is their canine companion, Oreo.
