Jenifer Lambert, Vice President of TERRA Resource Group was interviewed on the Association of Washington Business radio program, "Washington Business Weekly". In this interview Jenifer discussed pending paid leave legislation as well as the importance of employers staying informed and being active participants in the legislative process. "Employers need to educate their legislators about the voluntary solutions they are already creating to help their employees address family issues. What employers and employees need is legislation that allows for more flexibility not one-size-fits-all mandates."
