In December 1983 when the first TERRA office was opened in a tiny 700 square foot suite in Everett, snow was falling and times were tough.  The national economy had been in a deep recession and our local economy had suffered as well.  All but two staffing companies had closed up shop and left town.  Full of optimism and confidence we nevertheless forged ahead, rolled up our sleeves and set to work building a little company called TERRA Temporary Services.  We could not have imagined what TERRA would look like twenty-five years later.

Who could have predicted the many thousands of lives we would touch with new employment opportunities and the life-changing impact of a good job and a steady paycheck.  Additionally, the many client workplaces we would impact with our unique ability to supply a talented workforce – always with The Right Fit uppermost in our minds!

In twenty-five years TERRA Staffing Group has grown to become a staffing service of choice in the Puget Sound region and an employer of choice as evidenced by the many business and community awards bestowed upon us.  We are most grateful for such acknowledgement.

We know success in business doesn’t happen by accident, but rather by intention – the intention to always treat others as we wish to be treated, to work with integrity and diligence toward our goals, and to live by a set of standards and business practices that show we truly walk our talk.
