In the 4 years I have been with TERRA, I have been promoted 5 times!!  The company does an amazing job of providing every employee the opportunity to grow and learn every day.  I have also received 2 professional certifications.  TERRA paid for all materials and prep courses for each certification, enabling me to successfully pass each one.

I always feel very comfortable talking with the Senior Managers about any issues or suggestions I may have. They also always show an interest in my personal success on and off the job.

There has never been a day here that I haven't been recognized for my hard work.  The management team has been quick to acknowledge excellent performance.  I have personally been taken out to lunch 4 times to thank me for my contribution to the team!

TERRA management shares monthly bonuses with EVERYONE in some form, because they recognize that everyone contributes, not just the salespeople or direct client services staff.

I love that I have remote computer access that enables me to work from home when I need to.

I really value the extra three days of paid leave the company allows me to take each year for community service projects.

All of our managers are role models and inspire the best in all of us.  They give out praise freely and easily. The team here is the best I've ever worked with.

Our President and the CEO are excellent role models for this company.  Their values are at the heart of this company and they are very positive influence in the organization and in our community.  They are very active in our community and contribute so much to everyone. They truly are two of the greatest people I have ever met.
