TERRA provides the following pay and benefits to all full-time staff employees:
- COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY. TERRA staff members enjoy a competititve base salary and periodic performance reviews where they can earn more.
- BONUS COMPENSATION. One of the TERRA Values is that everyone should share in the success of the organization. In keeping with that value, every employee at TERRA earns a monthly team bonus based on the success of their team. Depending upon the position, other bonus programs are available to employees.
- MEDICAL / VISION PLAN. TERRA pays 100% of employee Medical and Vision premiums.
- DENTAL PLAN. TERRA pays 100% of employee Dental premiums.
- 401K PLAN. TERRA offers a 401(k) Plan to all eligible employees to defer a portion of income on a tax-favored basis to save for retirement. Company matches a portion of employee contribution.
- SALARY SAVINGS PLAN. Employee may contribute to a Savings Plan or 529 College Savings Plan through payroll deduction.
- PAID LEAVE. TERRA provides you with personal paid leave for use at your discretion for rest, relaxation, enjoyment, or days away from work due to illness or other health reason.
- SPECIAL 10 YEAR VACATION BONUS! At your 10 year anniversary TERRA employees earn an extra week of paid vacation and a $1,000 travel voucher!
- PAID HOLIDAYS. TERRA provides 8 annual paid holidays for eligible employees: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- COMMUNITY SERVICE PAID LEAVE. All full-time employees are allowed 3 days off with pay per calendar year to participate in community service activities.
- TUITION REIMBURSEMENT. TERRA employees may be eligible for reimbursement of tuition and fees for certain courses approved by the Company and successfully completed.
- SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS. Additional benefits are available through payroll deduction including Short-and Long-term Disability (TERRA provides a base amount of coverage), Life, Accident, Cancer, and Critical Illness Insurances.
