1) Needs assessment: Reach agreement with the customer about the skill and experience requirements for each position. Confirm scheduling and quantity of candidates required.
2) Resource planning: Resource and staffing needs are determined. Staffing schedules and timing are coordinated.
3) Recruiting: Candidates are recruited based upon anticipated needs. Our extensive network and referral base plays an integral part of the recruiting solutions.
4) Candidate evaluation and selection: Evaluate candidates to client specific standards. Confirm scheduling and quantity of candidates required.
5) Pre-assignment planning: Coordination of volume and transportation of candidates is confirmed. Candidate is orientated and briefed on position requirements and demands. Additional candidates are placed on standby status in the event that additional candidates will be needed to meet client demands.
6) Quality control: We maintain regular communication with the client to assess performance of both the assigned employees and our service delivery. At the end of projects evaluations are conducted to measure client ROI including quality of placement, on-time delivery of staffing resources.
