Qualified Prescreened Workforce
Unlike day labor firms with workers with a lobby full of people waiting and hoping for a job to go to, TERRA workers wait for assignments in our comfortable Service Centers. These are people prescreened to client standards and are specifically requested to be at the Service Center to back up current assignments or to be ready to respond to sudden changes in client demand. Time spent in the Service Center allows our workers to review safety videos, related training materials and develop a good working relationship with TERRA Service Coordinators. Qualified Workers.
