Phase 1- Fact Finding & Search Planning
Define search requirements and establish search plan: Interactive dialog with client to uncover specific needs of position. Evaluate culture and personality. Assess knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Determine education and experience needed to be successful. Set search plan to find the best candidates in the fastest time possible. Create custom search strategy. Develop unique recruiting message that will attract the most appropriate candidates for the opportunity.
Phase 2- Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates utilizing multiple methods: While we utilize traditional means of sourcing candidates such as job postings, advertising and job boards, we don’t stop there. We surface candidates from our extensive database, referrals, and direct cold call recruiting.
Phase 3- Candidate Evaluation & Selection
Candidate identification and interviews: Search team takes client message to market by contacting targeted source list. Assess credentials, motivations, and career objectives and qualify achievements based upon client requirements. Candidates due diligence also includes reference checking, criminal background checks and other assessments as specified by the client. Present the shortlist of qualified candidates. Coordinate and manage logistics of interview process. Pre and Post interview briefings with candidates and clients are conducted. Select final candidates.
Phase 4- Acceptance and assignment
Offer and negotiation: Confirm commitment to opportunity to ensure extended offer will result in acceptance. Keeping client's and candidate's best interest in mind, securing final agreement of terms. Get acceptance of offer from candidate. Assist with resignation and transition to on-boarding.
