TERRA Temporary Employee Benefits
When you work on temporary job assignments for TERRA you will receive an employee handbook that describes in detail the benefits and qualifying periods. Here are the benefits you will receive:
Market-based pay. We pay good wages comenserate with the experience and skills necessary to perform the job. Each job is different based on client requirements and expectations.
Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit or Payroll Debit Card. Payday is every Friday. You'll never have to wait for a paycheck in the mail. Your pay will be automatically credited to your direct deposit bank account or we will issue you a debit card that is automatically credited with your pay weekly. If there is ever a problem our employee friendly payroll department is local, at our corporate office in Everett, not in a different state or time zone. Making sure your pay is correct and on-time is our highest priority.
Paid Holidays. Six paid holidays each year while on assignment. Simply work 600 cumulative hours prior to the holiday.
Performance Bonus. Earn a week's extra pay at your current pay rate after working 1920 cumuative hours (approx 11 months) within a 2 year time period.
Health Insurance. Access to major medical coverage that is affordable and portable.
Tax-deferred Retirement Plan. Eligible employees may invest pre-tax dollars plus a TERRA match to our 401K retirement plan
