TERRA is currently looking to add a Business Development Rep to the Corporate Sales Call Center. This role is integral to the success of the business as you’ll be researching and sourcing client leads and scheduling appointments (via cold-calling) for our branches spread across the Western, Southern, and Midwestern regions of the U.S.
This isn’t your “typical” outbound call center or sales role as you will NOT be collecting payments or having conversations about pricing.
Instead, you will be leveraging your unique relationship-building skills during those impactful first calls to make connections with business leaders and decision makers and facilitate meetings with our TERRA branch teams.

Your day will consist of:
- Making phone calls to prospective clients
- Setting appointments with hiring managers and company decision-makers
- Scheduling appointments through Outlook
- Researching TERRA’s local markets and launching email and phone call campaigns
This position is based at our Corporate office in Everett, WA. The office environment is friendly and fun. We love to celebrate when individuals hit their goals and offer recognition for birthdays, milestones, and personal achievements! Basically, we’re always looking for a reason to party!
Business Development Rep Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in phone sales, inside sales, outside sales, call center, or customer service
- Experience or aptitude for making outbound cold calls
- Ability and desire to reach (and exceed) goals
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll be communicating with business leaders and company decision-makers

- Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay:
- $24-$28/hour DOE (additional monthly bonus of $300 – $1000)
