About the Opportunity
As a Recruiter, your clients will count on you to provide them with staffing solutions best-suited to meet their company needs.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties, including sourcing and hiring candidates, making sales calls, as well as both account and talent management.
Building your book of business will take work and dedication, but TERRA has systems and processes in place to support you while you learn. Not only that, you will have support from peers, management and executive management along the way.
The Right Fit
The most successful recruiters typically have some previous managerial experience and have familiarity with coaching, hiring or firing. They are also comfortable juggling competing tasks, and working independently – as well as working with a team.
If you are someone who takes initiative, is driven to win, and enjoys customer service (both in person and over the phone), you will be successful here.
- Proven track record of success in management, customer service, sales, or recruiting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize your tasks accordingly
- A desire to help others be successful
