Currently, TERRA’s Technical branch is seeking an exceptional customer-service-driven individual to join their recruiting team.

About the Opportunity

As a Technical Recruiter, your clients will count on you to provide them with staffing solutions best-suited to meet their company needs.

You will be responsible for all steps associated with recruiting and hiring candidates, understanding and fulfilling client needs, and generating more business opportunities. 

While this is a remote opportunity you will need to reside in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, or Colorado.

The Right Fit

The most successful recruiters typically have some previous managerial experience and have familiarity with coaching, hiring or firing. They are also comfortable juggling competing tasks, and working independently – as well as working with a team.

If you are someone who takes initiative, is driven to win and enjoys recruiting, you will be successful here.

Technical Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in HR, management, sales, or recruiting
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize your tasks accordingly
  • A desire to help others become successful
