Business is booming and we are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist with exceptional data entry and customer service-orientation to add to our amazing Corporate Payroll team.
In this role, you will support our branch offices by:
- Performing daily payroll department operations
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all payroll and client records
- Approving timecards
- Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating confirmed reports
- Processing correct garnishments calculations
- Frequently answering incoming inquiries from clients and employees
Required Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years’ work experience, preferably in a customer service or payroll industry
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple needs and deliver excellent customer service
- 10-Key, Excel and Outlook proficiency
- 401K with generous match

- 3 weeks of PTO per year
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (some flexibility required)
