A popular Tech Academy that offers coding boot camps in the downtown Seattle area is currently looking to add a remote Customer Service Coordinator to their team. This coding academy guides new students from all career backgrounds to take their next step in continuing their education in software development.
This organization has even created scholarships for prospective students affected by COVID-19!
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role that offers weekly pay and generous benefits upon conversion.
Customer Service Coordinator duties include:
- Conducting calls to prospective students to provide class information
- Scheduling candidates to speak with a member of the Admissions team
- Updating student and prospective student profiles in Salesforce
- Answering questions via phone or internal chat system
- Assisting the Admissions Director with administrative projects
COVID19 Safety Measures: This role is temporarily remote. Once the company deems it safe to return to the office, the position will be in-person.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm
Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
- Experience using Google Suite and Salesforce preferred

Location: Temporarily remote but the headquarters is located in downtown Seattle, with several bus lines right outside their doors!
