Do you have exceptional administrative skills and enjoy working in a face-paced environment? A manufacturing company in Scottsdale is looking for an experienced Office Admin to add to their team.
This company has been in business for 30 years and is continuously growing. They are the one-stop-shop for manufacturing medical devices and testing. Their most recent project is manufacturing parts for COVID-19 test kits.
This opportunity offers stable full-time, with opportunities for growth and great benefits upon hire.
Office Admin Job Duties:
- Answering phones
- Filing paperwork
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining personal files
Covid-19 Safety Measures:
- Clean room environment where you will be given PPE to wear
- Social Distancing is required
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
Office Admin Requirements:
- 1+ years of recent work history as an office coordinator or in the administrative field
- Experience with supporting an HR/management team
- Proficient in MS Office- Excel, Outlook, Word,
Salary: $18+/hour Depending on experience
