One of North America's leading office equipment companies is looking to add a Front Desk Associate to their growing Fife team! If you are interested in working with a small team, and having variety in your day by supporting multiple departments this could be the right fit for you!
If you want to be part of a team and help produce items essential to everyday life this is the position for you.
In this role, you will have the chance to learn about scanning and tracking documents as well as general administrative work. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain more administrative work experience within a supportive environment!
Front Desk Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Processing invoices
- Data entry
- Tracking shipments
- Inventory management
- Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- $18-20 hourly DOE
- 1 year customer service experience
- Intermediate experience with MS Office programs
- Ability to manage office calendar
- Experience operating multi-line phone systems
- Medical, dental, vision plans available
- Paid vacation time
- Paid sick leave
- Fife, WA
- This position is bus accessible
