A manufacturing company located in Mountlake Terrace is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time, Temp to Hire position.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Greeting customers (in-person and over the phone)
  • Vendor collection calls
  • Data-entry of sales orders
  • Accounts Receivables - assisting with credit card charges and invoice questions
  • Special data entry clean-up projects

To succeed in this role, you would enjoy being reliable with an eye for detail and have great communication.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Data entry Experience
  • Excel/ERP System Experience (desired)

Pay: $17.00/hour
