Full-time, Temporary to Hire, Monday-Friday

This Receptionist position located on the border of Tempe and Phoenix is seeking an outgoing receptionist to help answer multiple phone lines, data entry, and work a variety of admin duties. This electrical supply company is known for their employee satisfaction and consistent work environment.

This is a part time position currently but will turn into a full time opportunity. For this role, customer service and administrative experience is required.

Receptionist Job Duties: 

  • Answering multiple line phones
  • A variety of administrative duties
  • Maintaining managers calendars and overseeing scheduling of conference rooms and events

Receptionist Qualifications:

  • 1 year recent in administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel
  • Advanced skills in Outlook including working with multiple calendars
Pay: $15/hr, pay day is every Friday!

Schedule
Monday-Friday 
6:30am-4:30pm
