The Office Coordinator works directly with the team of Financial Advisors to provide impeccable customer service in managing financial and investment accounts for their clients.

In addition to managing office operations, receiving mail, routing inbound calls and preparing conference rooms for client meetings, the Office Coordinator will communicate and work closely with clients to ensure their account needs are met.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors to the office, schedule client appointments, manage office calendar
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Assist clients with competing applications, contracts and other financial forms
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and package deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to team

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Recent experience coordinating office and administrative operations for a team
  • 5 years administrative and customer service experience in professional services office
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $26.50/hr, plus a quarterly bonus! Terrific benefits!

Location: Downtown Seattle. Easily accessible by public transit.
