Full-time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Amazing opportunity to join a Financial Services firm as an Operations Administrative Assistant! In this direct hire role you will work directly with the team of Financial Advisors to provide impeccable customer service in managing financial and investment accounts.

In addition to greeting visitors to the office, receiving and routing inbound calls and preparing conference rooms for client meetings, the Operations Administrative Assistant will communicate and work closely with clients to ensure their account needs are met.

Operations Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors to the office, schedule client appointments, manage office calendar
  • Set up conference rooms for client meetings
  • Assist clients with competing applications, contracts and other financial forms
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and package deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to team

Operations Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Recent administrative support experience
  • 5 years customer service experience in professional services office
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $26.50/hr, plus a quarterly bonus! Terrific benefits!

Location: Downtown Seattle. Easily accessible by public transit.
