Full-time, Permanent, Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm

An electric supply company in the SODO neighborhood is looking for a friendly and driven Admin to their team.

This full-time, direct hire opportunity will provide you with exceptional training, potential for growth, and great benefits when hired on!

Current Admin openings are on the day shift.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Direct and document calls
  • Scan paperwork and e-file
  • Help manager with generating reports
  • Confirm service tickets

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm

Admin Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-12 months of admin experience
  • Proficient in Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Previous Office Manager experience a plus!

Pay: $20.00/hr

Location: SODO neighborhood of Seattle
