Full-time Warehouse Customer Service Associate opportunity that offers competitive pay, job stability and a positive work environment.

As a Warehouse Customer Service Associate you will be developing relationships with customers through providing price quotes, materials availability, and scheduling orders for deliveries.

Warehouse Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Provide price quotes and enter orders into database
• Organize orders for weekly trucks 
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction 

You will be successful in this role if thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working with customers from different backgrounds. 

Schedule: 8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday - must be available to work one or two Saturday's a month from from 9am to 1pm

Warehouse Customer Service Associate Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in front desk, will call or call center
• 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office -Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Desire to learn, grow and be flexible: this is a fast paced environment

Pay: $21 - $23, depending on experience
