A company that produces handcrafted fly fishing rods has an Assembly opening on their production team! This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position that is not your typical manufacturing job.

Assembly Responsibilities:

  • Carefully and accurately wrapping each rod with thread.
  • Follow precise written production guidelines.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to exact specifications.
  • Quality control; inspecting each finished piece for inconsistencies.

You will be successful in this role if you have strong attention to detail, great fine motor skills, and take pride in your work.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday & every other Friday | 10 hour shifts | 7:00am-5:30pm

Pay: $18/hr | Overtime pay every other week | Payday every Friday!

Assembly Requirements:

  • Prior production experience or transferrable fine motor skills.
  • Strong attention to detail & hand eye coordination.
  • Good communication skills & ability to work on a team.
  • Experience working with small hand tools.
