Sales Support Representative job duties:

• Answer customer calls while providing excellent customer service and assist with customer orders, questions, and warranty claims, etc. as needed
• Support with customer sales credits, returns, and maintaining records
• Work closely with and communicate daily with internal teams while support the Outside Sales Representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with current customers

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
  • Flexible schedule!
• 8:00am-5:00pm, OR 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Off early EVERY Friday at 3pm

Sales Support Representative requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to type and use MS office suite
• Ability to communicate with customers over the phone
  

Pay:

• $43,000 - $45,000/yr. DOE
• Eligible for a 10% annual salary bonus
