Production Associate Job Duties:

• Manufacture watersports equipment parts 
• Quality inspecting products
• Basic hand tool use
• Cleaning workstation 

You will be successful in this role if you have strong a desire to learn and a positive attitude. 

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Swing Shift: 2:45pm to 11:15pm

Production Associate Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in any industry
• Experience using hand tools OR willingness to learn
• Demonstrate great teamwork
• Ability to lift 50+lbs regularly 
• Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day

Pay: $19 - $21/hour (Depending on Experience)
