The industry leader in hardware and related software products for the industrials control marketplace is looking to add a full-time, permanent VP of Engineering to their growing team!

This company designs, engineers, and manufactures highly regulated and technical products for the industrial controls and instrumentation industry.  It's an exciting time to join their team because they're constantly pushing the edge of what’s been done and are often sought after by clients to help solve problems or to run innovated ideas by.

This is a perfect role for an individual with previous VP or Director level experience looking for a long-term, stable opportunity with a company that has exciting projects coming up.

 VP of Engineering Responsibilities:

• Manage the development for a team of 35+ engineers and developers.
• Manage projects to ensure that they’re moving forward and on track.
• Ensure that quality and standards are being met and staying consistent.
• Recommend new developments and improvement efficiently.

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy building, growing, and developing teams.

Schedule: Day shift.

VP of Engineering Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of recent VP or Director of Engineering experience.
• Experience working in a regulatory environment.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and procedures.
• Strong management skills.

Salary: $250K-300K, depending on experience
