A well established Dairy Plant is looking growing team and adding an experienced machine Maintenance Lead. The position is full-time, direct-hire and the opening is on the Night Shift.
This company is a local and family owned business that plays a major role in the production of Arizona's finest milk products, getting them from farm to shelf in 48 hours.

Maintenance Lead Job Duties:
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians including scheduling, shift coverage, assigning tasks, projects, mentoring and corrective action.
- Plan, manage and direct escalated maintenance issues on production equipment such as, conveyor systems, pasteurizers, blending machines and hydraulic machines
- Perform preventative, reactive and predictive mechanical and electrical repair on m
- Perform various electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and installation
- Document, log and report repairs in to CMMS systems
- Perform other machine maintenance duties' as needed.
Schedule : Night Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am
Maintenance Lead Requirements :
- Expert knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatic, boiler refrigeration systems and motors/compressors.
- Prior experience in HVAC maintenance and repair

Ability to read technical prints and schematics
- Ability to operate a Forklift
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs
- Knowledge of CMMs or Eam
