A non-profit, member owned water purveyor company that has been in business since 1923. They provide potable water to their customers from ground water sources.
Mission: They are dedicated to ensuring delivery of a reliable supply of safe, clean, quality drinking water at the most effective cost.
Front Office Admin responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Answering incoming calls
- Mail sorting and distribution
- Accounts Payable duties for invoice payments
- Posting payments
- Running late payments
- Basic office duties
The ideal candidate for the Front Office Admin position is organized, a great multi-tasker, good customer service and detailed orientated!
Requirements for Front Office Admin
- 1+ years experience
- pass background and drug test
- Excel and word proficient
- Accounts payable experience
- Valid Drivers License

Monday – Friday; 8am-4:30pm
$19-21 per hour
Tacoma, WA (Midland area)
