This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you will be manning the front desk of a busy office. In this position you will be the face of the company talking with customers, clients and students on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain new skill sets and join a "family like" feel environment. 

Front Desk Representative responsibilities include:

• Inbound/Outbound calls
• Greeting customers/students as they enter the building
• Scheduling flight trainings 
• Ordering supplies 
• Copying/filing/Email communication 

You will be successful in this position if you are reliable and are open to asking questions! 

Front Desk Representative Requirements: 

• Computer Savvy 
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay: $19+ based on experience 

Location: Scottsdale near the Scottsdale Airport
