Senior Service Desk Analyst | Contract | Immediate Start

Full-time, Temporary, 8am-5pm

A global, multi-billion-dollar leader in the private investment industry headquartered in Colorado is looking to hire a temporary Senior Service Desk Analyst!

In this temporary, 3-month contract role, you will act as the point of guidance, direction and escalation for the team, their employees and external collaborators worldwide. You will be part of their global IT team within a dynamic and high-performing organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in a Service Desk / Technical support role looking to start work immediately!

Sr. Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Day to day Ticket Management providing timely and consistent support, acknowledging, and recording all issues and requests accordingly
  • Providing exceptional customer service and desk-side IT support and via remote channels such as chat, phone, email, or remote access tools
  • Enable new hires to achieve a perfect start with a high-touch onboarding experience (desk setup, mobile device enrolment and VPN first steps)
  • Providing innovative ideas and value-added solutions in addition to a swift and effective handling of complex issues raised by employees
  • Recurrent checks of meeting rooms to proactively test VC systems and IT equipment
  • Support internal and external events and meetings with AV setup, video-conferencing and live streaming technologies
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues for local (Wi-Fi and wired networks) and remote networks (VPN and VM Ware)

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, day shift
  • 6:30am – 3:30pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Desk / Technical Support role
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and experience in using the following solutions: Active Directory, Azure, Intune, O365 / OneDrive, ServiceNow, SCCM
  • Customer-oriented with the capability to build/maintain relationship with stakeholders at all the levels of the company including senior management, executive or VIP level
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience setting up work stations

Compensation: $36/hr. - $52/hr. + DOE
