A metal finishing company in Everett is looking for a full-time Business Office Manager ?to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity to expand your office management experience.

This locally owned business offers metal finishing services including sandblasting and powder coating for regional manufacturers, OEMs, fabrication shops, and other wholesale customers. Many of their customers come from the Architectural, Marine, Medical, Electrical, Transportation, and other industries.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with plenty of growth, cross-training opportunities, and the ability to build on your current skills and learn new ones.

Business Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures such as policy updates, planning and implementing office systems, maintain office condition and supplies.
  • Driving and managing employee engagement and overseeing the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
  • General accounting responsibilities such as monitoring the organization's accounting records and financial reports, analyzing statistical information, and managing payroll processes.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.

You will be successful if you’re an effective communicator and love to create processes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, there’s flexibility with start time.

Business Office Manager Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of office management experience.
  • Experience building teams and culture resulting in a highly engaged and committed workforce.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry is highly desired.
  • General accounting and accounting software experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience

Location: Everett, WA- this is an onsite position with some remote flexibility.

Compensation: $60-85K, depending on experience.
