Direct Hire, Customer Service Will Call opportunity in Vancouver, WA!
This company is a wholesale distributor of HVAC products and offers competitive pay, great benefits, regular overtime, and lots of growth opportunities!
As a Customer Service Will Call, you would assist customers over the phone, in person, and online with placing orders, in addition to assisting customers in will-call.
Customer Service Will Call Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in their selection
- Use a point-of-sale computer program to place and track orders
- Assist customers with picking up orders in will-call
You will be successful in this role if you genuinely enjoy working with people and being rewarded for hard work!
Customer Service Will Call Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Customer Service Will Call Qualifications:
- 6 months customer service experience required
- Desire to provide excellent customer service on phone, in person, and via web
- Ability to learn different computer software
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
- Sick pay
