This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join an innovative, successful, award-winning company as they bring their premium product to the next level!

A well-established, industry-leading custom design manufacturer is seeking an Account Manager to represent and grow their business in the residential construction market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building positive client relationships with a focus on developing customer engagements to support sales, training and partner marketing efforts.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build positive client relationships
  • Gather client information on sales process, key personnel, potential marketing partnerships and forecasts
  • Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide sales and process training to new customers to support channel growth
  • Track individual sales pipelines to ensure that customers receive timely follow-up and continued engagement
  • Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and bids
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience working in sales with residential construction builders
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative to get things done
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly find creative solutions to any client issues that may arise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel when needed

Pay: Base 80K + DOE
