This global aerospace company manufactures cables for aircrafts in the military and commercial airlines. This company is looking to grow their team and this a great chance to get in with a growing company and start or continue your career! This is a role for someone who likes working at a computer, compiling data, working on supporting customer accounts with purchase orders where high attentional to detail and urgency is a part of your every day. 

Customer Account Administrator job duties:

  • Process beginning stages of Customer Account purchase orders
  • Review and extract information from different systems
  • Compile data and reports under tight deadlines
  • Follow up with Account Mangers on order status and priorities
You will do well in this role if you are detail oriented with data, focused on accuracy when entering data and like to work with given timelines and goal and want to learn something every day! 

Schedule: 

Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm (work week will average about 45 hours a week)

  • Every other Friday off twice a month!
  • Some Friday's and Saturday's needed for OT (usually end of month and quarter to complete remaining order processing as needed)

Customer Account Administrator role requirements:

  • 1-3 years Proficiency in Excel (V-lookups) and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to learn multiple systems and functionality
  • Work with urgency to move data between systems to move orders to next stages
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer with dual monitors

Pay:  $20hr-$22hr based on experience
