Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel accommodations
- Pack and ship supplies
- Develop and follow event day checklists
- Oversee event days and resolve problems in real time
- Communicate with and coordinate vendors
Event Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Event Coordinator role
- Ability to travel out of state (less than 10% of time)
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to lift and move 25lbs
- 401 K
- Relaxation Room & Gym
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Scottsdale (not bus accessible)
