Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Utilize the phone, email, and chat rooms to resolve customer questions and concerns
• Follow guided instructions to assist customers with product questions
• Meet productivity targets 
• Effectively handle customer conflict and offer solutions

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong problem solving skills
• Comfortable using a computer to navigate various software (Microsoft Suite + NetSuite)

Day Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $19.00 per hour
