Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and improvements to building interior and exterior
• Repair and replace fixtures, locks, etc.
• Arrange and coordinate with vendors
• Perform plumbing repairs

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, with 9am or 10am start

Facilities Maintenance Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Superior communication skills
• Previous maintenance experience

Pay: $25 - $32/hr.
