A family-owned sports equipment manufacturer is looking for Production Associates to add to their team! No production experience necessary.

This job is temporary-to-hire and you'll have one-on-one training to set you up for success. And after 8 weeks of training, you'll receive a $2 raise!

It's a great opportunity to develop new skills and even use some artistic flare in creating each product.

Production Associate Job Duties:

• Filling watersports paddle molds with resin
• Inspecting the quality of the products

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Day Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM
• Swing Shift: 2:45PM to 11:15PM

Production Associate Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in any industry
• Experience using hand tools OR willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly
• Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day

Pay ($2/hr raise after 8 weeks of training!): 

• Day Shift: $18.23/hour
• Swing Shift: $19.23/hour
