If you have experience with commercial lease management and negotiations, managing maintenance and compliance across multiple locations, and high-volume fleet management, they want to talk to you!

 Some of the Lease & Fleet Manager job duties include:

• Manage and negotiate commercial lease renewals for 130+ properties
• Maintain compliance and appropriate insurance on all properties and assets
• Track and manage a fleet of vehicles of 400+
• Procurement and registration of vehicles needed

 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial lease management
• Experience with commercial lease negotiation
• 1+ years of high volume asset management
• Highly detail-oriented

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm – in office (this is not a remote position)

 Pay

• Starting at $70k/year – willing to start higher depending on experience 

Location:  Lynnwood, WA – Bus accessible
