This is a Full Time opportunity as a Service Dispatch Coordinator

Service Dispatch Coordinator Job Duties:

• Inbound/Outbound calls
• Creating work orders
• Dispatch Technicians
• Dispatch the service requests to site assigned
• Communicate updates and provide documentation to the customer(ETA, forms, pictures, etc)
• Navigating through dual computers, multitasking software

You will be successful in this position if you enjoy working effectively on a team and individually with prior experience in an administrative role and or customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday Day 8am - 5pm
• Major holidays off

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2-4 Years’ experience in administrative/customer service
• Efficient in multi screen and navigating a computer

Pay: $22-$24 DOE
