A local production company is currently looking for a Night Production Supervisor to join their team!
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a 4-day workweek schedule.
This company is a nationwide production company that specializes in personalized products.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Employee training and coaching
- Managing time and attendance
- Meeting production goals
Pay: $22-$25/hr plus some overtime opportunities when needed
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am

- 1-3 years+ experience supervising a team of 15 or more in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to be on feet for duration of shift

Location: South Phoenix, must have reliable, personal transportation
