This is a temp-to-hire opportunity as a Project Coordinator with a full 40-hour work week.

Project Coordinator Job Duties:

• Book local travel for field employee’s
• Work with contractors, coordinate equipment delivery and schedules for projects
• Data entry, scheduling
• Issue contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, etc.
• Maintain good communication with technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs

You will be successful in this position if you are reliable and enjoy working as a team!

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm/8am-5pm

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Administrative/Clerical experience

• Experience with Microsoft word, excel and outlook

Pay:
$27/hr
