Exciting opportunity for an Electronics Technician to join an industry leading aerospace and electronics company known globally for their cutting-edge innovation of components and critical systems for the medical device, commercial aircraft, defense and space markets.
With a long history of groundbreaking projects and spacecrafts embarking on critical missions, they have been an important part of many exciting projects including the Mars Rover, DART mission and the James Web Telescope.
This role is perfect for the Electronics Technician who is looking for the chance to be a part of a company that offers the opportunity to work on interesting and diverse projects that are making significant advancements in a variety of markets.
In this Electronics Technician role, you will test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic or mechanical parts, equipment and systems.
Electronics Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair down to the component level
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings
- Create non-conformance reports
- Perform automated testing and performance testing
- Perform manual testing involving setup, adjustment, operation and interpretation of results from standard and special purpose test equipment
Electronics Technician Qualifications:
- Level II 1 + years experience / Level III 3 + years of experience in a related field, or equivalent educational experience
- Experience troubleshooting electronic or mechanical parts and components
- Knowledge of electronic or mechanical theory and components
- Soldering experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Day Shift: 6:00am -2:30pm
Swing Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Pay: $20.00 - $39.00 an hour depending on level
