A company that manufactures high-end firearms is adding a Production Associate to their team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire job. You'll receive on-the-job training and opportunities to grow your skills.

Production Associate Job Duties:

• Removing blemishes and rough edges from metal parts
• Using equipment like deburr, grinding wheel, or metal file (training provided)
• Inspect parts and identify defects (training provided)
• Maintain an orderly, safe working environment
• Perform other job duties as needed

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Production Associate Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
• Ability to work with small metal parts
• Dexterity and ability to apply varied pressure by hand
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Deburr experience preferred, but not required!
