As an Office Admin/Billing coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Office management
- Complex Billing/documentation/recording
- Greeting and preparing for investor/client visits
- Monday-Friday, in-office, 9:00am – 5:00pm
As an Office Admin/Billing coordinator, requirements are:
- Export Billing
- Current experience in Admin/Billing role
- Agri-business experience, preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients in other time zones
- $28.00+ (based on experience)
- Paid Holidays
- Paid Time Off and Sick Time
- Downtown Phoenix
