This company imports large industrial equipment and is looking to add a full-time, temp-to-hire team member as Forklift Operator and Assembler.

This company imports and processes equipment such as tractors, excavators, and forklifts. In this position, you will be responsible for the final assembly of parts such as attaching wheels, tracks, and bucket installation.

As Forklift Operator and Assembler will be using a sit-down forklift to unload equipment from shipping containers, pressure wash equipment, and test the controls to ensure the equipment is in working order.

Job Duties:

• Assembly of parts on equipment using hand and air-powered tools
• Use forklift to unload equipment
• General maintenance and pressure washing equipment
• Cleaning facility grounds
• Testing controls on equipment

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outside, wants to learn, and appreciates having variety in their day. You will be successful in this role if you are a fast learner with a go-getter attitude and love working on a team.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Forklift Driver and Assembly Requirements:

• 3+ months of sit-down forklift experience
• Previous experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work primarily outdoors

Pay:

• $20 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
